The Human Resources Business Partner acts as a partner to business management formulating HR plans. He/she implements a variety of programs, including recruitment, learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, equity and diversity, etc., within a business line/unit.

Primary responsibilities of the business partner include but are not limited to:

* Provide Human Resources support to several groups within the Global Support Functions (GSF) departments/organizations. .
* Coach Teams to successfully manage all annual people management processes (performance management, talent management, compensation planning, etc.).
* Coach Leaders and Managers to improve leader effectiveness and teamwork.
* Execute change initiatives based on local client needs (retention, deployment, compensation, organizational design, etc.).
* This position will work across the support functions and partner with the HRBPs to coordinate enterprise wide initiatives. For example, this position may act as a coordination function for GSF in areas such as retention, talent management, etc.

REQUIREMENTS - QUALIFICATIONS: Human Resources Business Partner

Education Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree required

Required Experience / Skills:

* A minimum of 3-5 years demonstrated HR experience in related fields ( eg: HR BP , Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations)
* Ability to build relationships and influence clients.
* Ability to work independently
* Knowledge of employment legal practices/policies.
* Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
* Excellent communications skills

Preferred Experience / Skills:

* HR Business Partner/Generalist experience
* Advanced degree
* Center of Excellence (CoE) experience
